Selling Process and Guidelines For Sellers
- Channel Listing: Upon submitting a channel sell request on www.(OUR COMPANY).com, you'll be directed to our seller support via WhatsApp chat, where we discuss crucial aspects, including price negotiation. Once all details are agreed upon, to list a YouTube channel for sale on (OUR COMPANY), sellers must provide manager access to (OUR COMPANY) for channel verification and necessary screenshot capture. Sellers are required to promptly inform (OUR COMPANY) if their channel is sold elsewhere, receives strikes, if the seller changes their decision and decides not to sell it anymore, or experiences significant events like termination, demonetization, or any restriction affecting its listing status and price during the 30-day lock-in period which starts from the day seller agreed to sell his channel. Failure to provide timely updates may result in the seller being liable for payment of listing charges amounting to INR 499. Sellers can continue operating their channels until a buyer is found. Additionally, sellers must disclose the channel's past history, regardless of whether explicitly requested. Only monetized or not monetized yet channels can be sold; demonetized channels are ineligible.
- Transition Period & Payment: Upon finding a buyer, (OUR COMPANY) will request the seller to provide owner access of the channel to (OUR COMPANY). Channel access for the buyer will be facilitated by (OUR COMPANY). Sellers are required to wait for a minimum of 7 days after providing access to the buyer to receive payment, as this is the minimum duration needed for the channel transfer to be completed. Payment is disbursed to the seller only after the successful completion of the channel transfer. Sellers are strictly prohibited from posting, making any changes to channel, or revoking access to (OUR COMPANY) or the buyer of the channel once access has been shared with the buyer. In case of non-compliance with these guidelines, the deal may be canceled, and the seller may be held liable to pay 10% of the agreed price with the seller. If any issues arise with the channel during the transition period due to pre-existing content or any past issues, the deal will be nullified, and the channel will remain with the seller.
- Ownership Agreement: After successfully providing channel ownership to the buyer, sellers must provide an agreement in the format provided by (OUR COMPANY). All costs related to the agreement will be borne by the seller. (OUR COMPANY) reserves the right to withhold payment until the agreement is provided.
- Important Guidelines For Seller:
- Sellers are prohibited from attempting to sell another creator's channel under any circumstances.
- (OUR COMPANY) reserves the right to sell or not to sell a channel without providing a reason.
- No advance payment will be issued to the seller under any circumstances.
- (OUR COMPANY) may charge sellers an advance listing fee of INR 499 per listing, if deemed necessary.
- (OUR COMPANY) does not guarantee the sale of a channel; if buyers find the channel unsuitable, it may remain unsold.
- Sellers cannot compel (OUR COMPANY) to buy a channel.
- Payment will be made via the payment method provided by (OUR COMPANY).
- Sold channel can't be got back.
Buying Process and Guidelines For Buyers
To provide you a safe and secure Channel is our utmost priority.
- Channel Selection & Payment: Once you've found a channel you like on www.(OUR COMPANY).com and agreed on the price with our buyer support, we'll check if the channel is still available. If it is, you can go ahead and pay. If you need more information about the channel before paying, just ask our support team. After you've paid, you'll get access to the channel within 24 hours, and we'll let you know as soon as its access is granted. If we are not able to provide channel access within 24 hours and you can’t wait any longer, you have the option to request a refund or choose another channel. But remember, refunds will only give you back the money you paid.
- Transition Period and Channel Transfer: Once you get access to the channel, you need to wait for at least 7 days before you can start posting content or changing anything in the channel. If you don't follow this rule and something goes wrong with the channel because of it, the deal will be considered successful, and you won't be eligible for any refunds or compensation. Once the transfer is completed, you can start posting content and making changes as you want. No refunds will be provided once channel access is granted, except for issues not previously discussed or mentioned on the website.
- Important Guidelines For Buyers: Once the transfer is successfully completed, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the channel, all the content available on the channel, as well as any issues like termination, suspension, or restrictions, whether they happen because of past, present, or future events. In such cases, the buyer bears full responsibility, and (OUR COMPANY) will not be liable to provide any refund or replacement channel. (OUR COMPANY) can’t be held liable for any of these issues. Therefore, it's crucial to thoroughly inspect the channel before purchase and adhere to YouTube's guidelines to prevent any problems.
